Paternity Leave

Matt Riddlehoover’s PATERNITY LEAVE is a romantic comedy about Greg (Jacob York), Ken (Charlie David),and a moment of passion on the eve of their four year anniversary that changes the course of their lives forever. Greg begins feeling nauseated, fatigued, moody and–most unfortunately–fat. At his wit’s end and Ken’s insistence, he sees a doctor who’s stumped and refers the couple to a specialist. To everyone’s amazement, Greg is pregnant. Shock, stress, and fear settle in, and Greg’s relationship gets put to the ultimate test. PATERNITY LEAVE poses a modern answer to the age old question: “Are we ready to be parents?”.

The film is produced by Cameron Mc Casland and directed by Matt Riddlehoover. It stars Chris Salvatore (Eating Out films series), Charlie David (Dante’s Cove, Mulligans) and Jacob York (What’s The Matter With Gerald?). The film got a lauded independent film festival run, winning Rhode Island International Film Festival, Imaginarium and four wins at the TLA Gaybies, including Best picture and Best director.
